1. Services Provided

Rydco Pest Control Ltd. provides pest control services to residential homeowners, renters, housing societies, and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to general disinfestation, rodent control, and termite treatment.

2. General Disinfestation and Rodent Control

  • The effectiveness of General Disinfestation and Rodent Control treatments may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, as most expenses are incurred during the initial treatment.
  • General Disinfestation treatment may be less effective during summer (April to mid-June). Extra treatments can be requested during this period, provided the customer empties the kitchen completely before re-treatment.

3. Terms and Conditions for Termite Control

  1. Liability Disclaimer: Rydco Pest Control Ltd. is not responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience caused by termite infestation on the premises.
  2. Check-up Visits: Follow-up treatments are only performed if termites reappear.
  3. Piping & Structural Damage: Clients must identify and inform our operators about underground service pipes before treatment. If any accidental damage occurs to pipes, walls, or structures, Rydco Pest Control Ltd. will not be held liable.
  4. Leaking Pipes: Any existing leaks must be repaired before termite treatment, as moisture can reduce treatment effectiveness. No complaints regarding treatment failure will be entertained unless leaks are fixed.

4. Limitation of General Disinfestation Treatment

  • General Disinfestation treatment covers cockroaches, bugs, red ants, and other crawling insects, but excludes white ants, mosquitoes, flies, and bed bugs.
  • Effectiveness may be limited to 80% due to the following reasons:
    1. Cockroaches and other pests may develop immunity to insecticides over time.
    2. The insecticides used by Rydco Pest Control Ltd. comply with the Insecticides Act of India, which restricts chemical concentrations for human safety.
    3. Pests may reinfest from nearby areas, including gutters, soft drink crates, and surrounding buildings. Chemical treatment cannot prevent reinfestation through such sources.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made in full before or upon completion of service.
  • No refunds will be issued, except in cases where service was not performed due to a fault on our end.
  • Additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Rydco Pest Control Ltd. provides pest control services on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. While we use professional techniques and products, we do not guarantee complete pest eradication, as effectiveness may vary based on environmental and structural conditions beyond our control.
  • Rydco Pest Control Ltd. is not responsible for any damage, illness, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from pest control treatments. Customers are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions to minimize risks. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, health complications, financial losses, or business disruptions resulting from pest infestation or treatment failure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
